Return Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Preorder Refund Policy

All preorders are fully refundable up until the item has shipped.

If you wish to cancel your preorder, please contact us before February 2026 to request a refund.

Once the item has shipped, our standard return policy applies (see below).

 

Returns After Shipping

Once you receive your USS Enterprise, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email).

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If the product is found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
